Accountability... Do you even need it?

If your workout is fun and progressive then you won't see "exercise" or "fitness" as a chore and you'll spontaneously hit the gym because you want to. no accountability needed.

I never had to schedule or set my alarm to tell me to go play soccer. Make training playful and rewarding and you'll never have to make "commitments" to "will" yourself to the gym.

It's a matter of reward (instant positive feedback) and sustainability (flexibility) vs. Pain.

If you have a stupid trainer or program that doesn't make it very flexible to workout physically, financially, scheduling, or guilty when you don't stick to it then it's not likely you last (unless you have the money n time to keep wasting on "accountability").

if you have a stupid trainer or program that doesn't make you feel confident moving, show that you are getting stronger and leaner, or hurts you then you won't feel what you're doing rewarding at all.

My job as your trainer is this.

How to not do stupid things, how to get the job done with least amount of funds and time invested, not get you injured, see that you are getting stronger and leaner progressively (on paper!),changing your mentality from needing accountability to constantly asking for more fitness goals to chase after, and overall more confident in the way you move and feed the body.
