This working relationship is primarily knowledge based and to the point.  Beside understanding how the training and nutrition plans are setup personalized to you, you'd be getting ideas on how to cook and what movements to use (videos provided) for your workouts.

You don't have to join a gym if you already have a couple dumbbells at home and use mostly your own bodyweight as a resistance to get stronger and lose body fat.  If you have previous injuries, that will be addressed in the program and alternative will be advised.

Every week you'll be given readings to do, little by little we are creating habits that sustain the rest of your life instead of quick fixes and more restrictions.  By the end of 12 weeks, you'd be able to maintain the result you got for the long run.    $120 (that's $10/week!) and limited to 10 members only.
