Basic Consult and Feedback  
We will scheduled a talk regarding your current training and eating habits and I will give you a long, scientific, and honest feedback on what you can do to modify it to optimize your effort in achieving your goal. 

Everything can be done via phone & email.  I also supplement this report with articles, research studies, and videos to give you more clarity on topics you're still unsure about or exercise movements you should do.

Unlimited corresponding at your convenient until all your questions are answered.  This include goal setting, attitude towards diet change, tweaking your current training routine or starting a new one, long term/maintenance strategies to prevent rebounds and slip-ups.

1on1 Nutrition - Fat Loss & Maintenance
When i work with fat loss clients, I want something they can stick to long term.  Not just addressing the meal planning part for losing weight but how to make it sustainable.  I use 3 phases with clients to slowly move them from losing weight to maintaining weight when they reach their ideal physique.  Variables such as goal/deadlines, dieting experience, training experience, training volume, personality types, and other factors will all be accounted for to help a client reach his/her goal and stay there.   Everything is contextual.  Click here for more detail.

1on1 Online Training Program
I will design a 12 week exercise program that works for your schedule and experience level.  The exercise routines will help strengthen your body and maximize your health, sport performance, and physique goals in the shortest amount of time possible.  You will be given videos to watch and visual cues to remember by to ensure the safety of movements.

Hands-on Workshops
If you live closer (to Austin) but cannot train with a trainer all the way through due to busy schedule or finances, we can meet up and run through your exercise program before you start training on your own. $90/2hrr
